Amidst the "Ladies Mile" section of Avenue of the Americas, 100 West 18th Street was commissioned to add diversity to the neighborhood, which is primarily filled with former department stores gone residential. This 10-story condominium features unique, iridescent black brick facades. The 18th Street facade has three angled setbacks and the third through ninth floors have large windows at the chamfered corner at the avenue and angled corner windows on the third through seventh floors along the avenue.
